PABLO J. CARREÑO – VP ENGINEERING & PLANNING
Mr. Carreno is responsible for the design and supervision of the projects currently in production. His responsibilities include seeing the project from its initial concept up to and including the permitted set of plans. He is an essential part in coordinating between the five major design trades (Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical)
He is a founding member of the Florida Structural Engineers Association and is one of the first professionals in the State of Florida to be certified as a Special or Threshold Inspector.

PABLO I. CARREÑO – VP CONSTRUCTION & MANAGEMENT
Mr. Carreno, also an engineer in Florida, is responsible for the budgeting and project coordination between the permitted set of plans, the owner and the chosen general contractor. He supervises all field conditions and is responsible for the day to day construction operations of the firm.
Prior to joining us, Mr. Carreño spent five years managing and supervising a construction company in Miami Florida. This has given Mr. Carreño a unique capacity of visualizing and offering practical solutions to problems that arise during construction, and to avoid possible construction pitfalls by approaching structural design with the builder's perspective in mind.

MIGUEL QUESADA – GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Mr. Quesada, is the qualifying agent for any general contracting that the firm does. Mr. Quesada brings over 28 years of General Contracting experience to the firm and has been directly involved in numerous projects ranging from hotels and convention centers to office buildings and condominium high rises. Mr. Quesada brings a unique field perspective and his experience allows the firm to compete nationally for construction and development projects that would not otherwise be accessible to us.
GUSTAVO OLIVEROS – CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS DIRECTOR
Mr. Oliveros, joined the firm in 1998 with the purpose of obtaining and promoting the firm Mr. Oliveros has since been made responsible for the land planning and site planning for various potential development sites. Mr. Oliveros analyzes the potential benefits of the site to determine whether or not to proceed with the design and planning.

AILIN QUIROS – PLANS PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Ms. Quiros, joined the firm in 2002 as the office manager in charge of the drafting department. Since then, she has grown to be responsible for all plans production. Ms. Quiros is responsible for producing the drawings from its intitial site plan state up to and including the final permitted set. She is also directly involved in the actual permitting process. She guides the client and the drawings through the necessary government agencies in order to provide the client with the proper Building
